Two of our 5 bedrooms have separate outside entrances: One of these rooms is on the 1st floor and attaches to a second room to form a suite. The 2nd room is upstairs. County code allows these rooms to be rented to produce supplemental income. The 2nd floor room, which is entered through a door off the rear deck, measures 16 x 19 ft or 304 sq ft. It connects to the rest of the 2nd floor through a set of French doors and shares a full bath with 2 other bedrooms.
