We have an 800 sq ft concrete patio across the back of the house. Shown here on its east end, the patio is accessible from the kitchen by way of a double French door. This photo shows one of the few very cold mornings of the year. . . .It's true, we barbeque year round. The patio also connects with the space beneath our outside 2nd story deck, where we have a hot tub. The hot tub area has a door to the “mud room” for easy access to a bathroom and shower.
