In addition to renting the suite on the1st floor, county code allows renting this 304 sq ft room, which we currently use as an office. The room shares a bath with 2 other 2nd floor bedrooms (see button 8) and has a separate entrance. Two large windows, one on each of the front and back walls, bring lots of light into the room.
